Alan Tulip
Alan was admitted as a solicitor in April 1999.
Alan specialises in residential and commercial property.
Alan has built up a strong commercial link with national estate agents and has developed RAW Clark LLP’s reputation nationally from 2012 when he became the Senior Partner.
Alan also heads the Private Client Department.
Diane Jackson
Diane started working in the legal sector from leaving school as an office junior up until she had her two children in the 1990’s. Diane then returned to the legal world in 2000 and started studying law.
Diane now manages the Residential Property Department as well as dealing with her own case load of residential conveyancing matters, consisting of Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, Leasehold and Freehold, Right to Buy, Lease Extensions and Transfer of Equity.
Diane also carries out Private Client cases.
In her spare time, Diane enjoys cooking, being out and about, and looking after her grandchildren.
Trudie Moffat
Trudie joined RAW Clark in 1989 and has over 30 years of experience in Residential Conveyancing acting for clients on a range of conveyancing matters including sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, help to buy sales and purchases, shared ownership, and transfer of equity.
With two daughters and her dog Oscar Trudie is kept busy on a weekend, she enjoys trying out the oddest recipes from TikTok, listening to and collecting vinyl rock records.
Steven Carr
Steven joined RAW Clark in January 2023 and loves being part of an extremely friendly and hardworking team within the conveyancing department.
Steven has worked in conveyancing for the last seven years formally working in the City of Newcastle for a long-established law firm and more recently for a local firm in Northumberland. Steven works very closely supporting Trudie Moffatt looking after the property sale and administration side of things.
In his spare time, Steven enjoys playing a number of instruments including the piano, guitar and drums as well as walking his Jack Russell ‘Cooper’.
Jill Donaldson
Jill joined RAW Clark in September 2014 as a Residential Conveyancer. She has worked in residential conveyancing for over 25 years.
In her spare time, Jill walks her dogs along the lovely Northumberland coastal routes and enjoys meeting up with friends.
Emily Mordue
Emily has worked at RAW Clark LLP since September 2017 starting as a receptionist. Over the past few years, Emily has been assisting Diane Jackson and Jill Donaldson.
In her spare time, Emily likes catching up with friends and family over coffee and long walks.
Justine Patterson
Justine joined RAW Clark in 2018 starting as a receptionist. She is now a Conveyancing Assistant working within the conveyancing team.
In her spare time, Justine loves walking her dogs, reading and catching up with friends and family.
Greg Ridley
Greg has worked in the conveyancing field since 2009, with RAW Clark since early 2019, and his role specifically focuses on post completion work.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys going to the gym and socialising with friends.
Greg is married with two children and also has two stepchildren. Greg enjoys going on walks with the family and their dog Oscar who tends to keep them all quite active!’
Millie Rudling
Millie works two days a week alongside studying Policing, Law and Criminology at Newcastle College.
Millie works in the post-completion department assisting Greg with matters after completion takes place.

Jo is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is a partner in RAW Clark LLP.
Jo has many years of Residential Conveyancing experience and deals with all types of conveyancing transactions.
Susan Asimba
Nicky Cummins
Nicky has over 25 years experience in all aspects of conveyancing: Freehold/Leaseholds, Help to Buy, New Builds, Right to Buy and Transfer of Equity.
She enjoys making her clients’ dreams come true for their house move and always on hand to go the extra mile when needed to make this happen, with that personal touch.
When not working, Nicky enjoys eating out, live music/festivals and socialising.
